Our Tutors  Justin Hi, I am Justin Sremba. This is my third year of teaching. Before I entered the world of 4th grade, I taught 7th grade Language Arts and literature.
I am originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and moved to Phoenix in the summer of 2005. I graduated from Western Michigan University, specializing in English, Math, and Science education.
In my spare time, I like to play various sports (basketball, softball, golf, tennis, and football), hike, exercise, read, travel, and spend time with friends and family. I recently became engaged, so I spend a lot of time with my fiancé helping to plan our wedding.
I am looking forward to a great school year and helping my students reach all of their goals!  Kori Hi there! I am Koriann Schuster. In 2002, I graduated from Aurora University with my Bachelor's degree and in 2005; I received my Master's degree in teaching and leadership. For the first 4 years of my teaching career, I bounced back and forth between fourth and fifth grade at Glacier Ridge Elementary School in Crystal Lake, Illinois. After my fourth year, I got married. Four days later my husband and I moved to Arizona to try something new. Though we miss our friends and family back home in Chicago, we have found Arizona to be a great place for us to be. In my spare time, I enjoy running outdoors and doing lots of reading. I also enjoy taking walks with my husband, Kevin and our dogs, Jack and Chloie. They are our children!
 Lara Hello, my name is Lara Aellen and I have been in education for 15 years. I have taught grades 3-8 and most recently have been an administrator at the middle and high school levels before taking a break to raise my little boy Noah. I love motivating children to learn and grow to their highest potential.
When not tutoring part time, I enjoy MOPS, and spending time with my husband, Paul and cat, Petey. We have been in Arizona for the past four years and just love it. We moved from Maryland and gave away our snow shovels and lawn mowers to the next door neighbors.
Jane Hi! My name is Jane Starkey. I am a CUSD mom, as well as teacher. I have a varied background: I was a stay at home mom for many years before entering the teaching profession. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from ASU, and went on to receive my Master's degree in Curiculum and Media Instruction. Most recently, I taught first grade at Conley Elementary School for three years, and before that, I was the librarian at Tarwater Elementary School. I even taught kindergarten for half a year! This year, my husband and I will be celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary. I am always amazed at how quickly time passes when you're having fun! My husband and I are very fortunate - we have four children whom we love greatly: three daughters and one son. We are very proud supporters of Chandler schools, as you can imagine!
Carolyn Hi, My name is Carolyn Conquest. I have been teaching 6 years here in the valley. I was a high school swimming coach for 3 years. My husband and I had our first daughter 7 months ago. My family is a great source of joy to me. I am currently teaching part time and volunteering as the nursery coordinator and lead a mom and baby support group at my church. I have many interests, everything from dancing to camping, traveling to reading. I love to learn and try new things.
